We conducted the Culpeper Youth Interest and Needs Assessment which was developed to guide the Culpeper Wellness Foundation’s investments in youth related initiatives and for community use to inform conversation and action on youth recreation.
We conducted the first-ever Regional Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Report — a tool to guide the nonprofits in the Charlottesville and Richmond in promoting fair and equitable compensation within organizations and across the sector. The survey was conducted for the Center for Nonprofit Excellence and the Community Foundation for a greater Richmond.
We have been the proud evaluator for the Charlottesville City of Promise since its inception. Recently, we completed a second comprehensive neighborhood assessment that has been used to identify impact and set the next priorities for programming and development.
We completed a comprehensive gang assessment for Charlottesville and Albemarle Police GRACE Task Force that set the stage for a coordinated prevention effort.
