Custom Strategic Impact Map with Citations

We will design custom experience and support for creating a Strategic Impact Map that can guide your data collection, strategic planning, program management, and communications. We will meet with you to plan and then facilitate a 3-hour mini-retreat with your team to create a Strategic Impact Map for your organization.

We will also do the research to identify citations that back the case for why the immediate impact you are achieving is expected to lead to longer-term change and make progress toward systems change. These will be high quality, yet accessible citations anyone can access on the web. They will be listed on the back of your Strategic Impact Map, and cited in the programs and activities, immediate, longer-term, and systems change portions of the map.
